Highly customizable programs
The Master in Management, for example, is designed specifically for young professionals just embarking on their career. This program develops your practical and task-driven mindset to make you a changemaker of tomorrow, and over 50% of the program is customizable according to your individual interests.
Meanwhile, the International MBA allows more experienced professionals to test how far their ambition can take them. Like the Master in Management, about 50% of the program is up to you. After the core period, students can choose from five intensive lab periods, study abroad or do an internship outside of IE Business School. Then, the final period of the program is completely elective; you choose your focus from 11 different specialties. You can focus your classes in areas such as technology, finance, economics and more if you prefer to graduate with a specialized skill set.
Even after graduating, more choices are available to you. The optional Business Extension Module extends the International MBA by five to six months, allowing you to focus on one of four specializations and offering an additional certification. These specialized tracks all feature personalized coaching and one-to-one career booster sessions. If your ambitions are diverse, you could elect to study for an additional year to achieve a dual degree, building a more rounded personal profile and making yourself even more attractive to employers in different fields.
It’s also possible to choose between studying at the IE Business School campus in Madrid, Spain or distance learning. Multiple options to earn an MBA exist at IE Business School, all of which set you up for future success. The International MBA is an intensive, 11-month, in-person program in Madrid, whereas our top-ranked Global Online MBA is part-time from wherever you are currently based. It can be customized further to complete in either 17, 24 or 30 months, depending on the time you have available.
