When Wells Fargo set out to rebuild its property at 3030 Nicollet Avenue in Minneapolis—it did so with the vision to engage the local community in the development process. Twin Cities-based nonprofit Project for Pride in Living (PPL) answered the call to action. Now, PPL and Wells Fargo are partnering to create Opportunity Crossing, and to realize a shared vision for the community.

In February of 2024, Verizon issued its sixth billion-dollar green bond, the proceeds of which will be allocated to renewable energy purchase agreements that support the development of new renewable energy projects across the country.
